After 25 years of experience leading technological projects, digital transformations, implementation of agile frameworks and changes of operational models in latin america, united states, europa and the middle east, i could see how technology, project management and agility shaped people and organizations.

Today, after working with large organizations, i apply that knowledge to guide micro and small businesses to achieve first-level standards in sales, operation and technology; taking the human factor as a vector for these new tools and practices to generate efficiency and growth, and at the same time help people to reinvent their roles and careers, within an ethical, responsible and productive framework.
