After 25 years of experience leading technology projects, digital transformations, and operational model changes in Latin America, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, I saw how technology shaped people and organizations.

Today, I apply that knowledge to guide them in the adoption of new technologies, focusing on the human factor so that these new tools and practices generate efficiency and growth, while helping people reinvent their roles and careers within an ethical and responsible framework.

For the leaders of these organizations, this not only means integrating new technologies, but also preparing their teams for the structural and social changes that are coming, in which they will play a key role.

Why only accounting firms and administrative departments? The possibilities offered by AI and automation are so vast and profound, and the pace at which they are advancing is such that their adoption requires specialization divided into verticals. That's why I believe it's responsible to approach them one niche at a time. And I choose this one because of the variety of industries it indirectly interacts with, its typically conservative nature, and its potential for adaptation and growth.
